Thank you for shopping with Farwear. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when returns or refunds are accepted and how to request them.
1. Overview
Because many of our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, we cannot accept returns for items that are ordered correctly and are not defective. We do accept returns or provide refunds if an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the product description.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible if the product arrives damaged, is incorrectly printed, or has a manufacturing defect. Provide photos and a description when requesting a refund.
- Wrong Item Shipped: If we send the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind: For custom/print-on-demand items we typically do not accept returns for change of mind. Non-custom general merchandise may be eligible — contact support to confirm.
- Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for damaged/defective items. We may ask for photos or to return the item for inspection.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email our support team at info@farwear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
- We will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the next steps (return label, replacement, or refund).
- If a return label is provided, please ship the item back within the timeframe we specify. Keep tracking information until the return is completed.
4. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment processor and your bank — typically 5-10 business days after we issue the refund. You will receive an email confirmation when we process the refund.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
If a replacement is available for a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange to send a corrected item at no additional charge. If the replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is a result of our error (wrong item, defect), we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns where we accept them, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
7. Custom & Personalized Items
Items customized to your specification (custom text, artwork provided by you) are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or there is a printing error on our part.
