7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a Refund & Returns Policy which explains eligibility, timeframes, and how to request a return or refund. For most print-on-demand items returns are accepted only for defects or errors that are our fault. Please contact info@farwear.comm before returning any item.

8. Print-on-Demand & Custom Items

Many of our Products are printed on demand. Because these items are custom-made, minor variations in color, print placement, or design may occur. We aim for high quality — if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, product images, text, and designs, is owned or licensed by Farwear. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. If you submit creative content (e.g., custom art) as part of an order, you affirm you own or have the right to use that content.

10. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

11. Prohibited Uses
